Management

Mr. Roy Bachmann is the founder and managing partner of RB Capital Partners LLP based in London. He is further a member of the supervisory board of KAP AG since 2017, a listed industrial conglomerate in Germany. For more than a decade, he has sourced and advised on both senior and junior debt as well as equity-linked transactions mainly across the DACH & Benelux regions.

Prior to launching RB Capital, he was a founding partner of Praesidian Capital Europe LLP, a direct lending fund focused on the lower middle market predominantly in the UK and Germany.

Prior to this until 2012, Mr. Bachmann spent over ten years with Deutsche Bank AG in the Investment Banking division in London and Frankfurt where he was most recently a vice president / senior analyst in the European Distressed Products & Loan Trading Group and prior to that an associate in Leveraged Finance in London and starting as an analyst in the M&A group in Frankfurt.

He received a dual university degree in Business Management (Dipl.-Kfm.) from the European Business School in Oestrich-Winkel / Germany and his MBA from The Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh / USA.
